For Career Changers

Mentorship for people switching into AI/ML

Not a bootcamp. Not a course platform. Not a mock-interview tool. This is one mentor, a structured sequence of real projects, and a personal reply when you get stuck.

Who this is for

Engineers moving laterally into ML roles, product managers moving into AI product work, analysts moving into ML engineering — anyone changing direction, not starting from zero. If you're a student looking for your first project, the learning paths page is the better starting point; this page is about the mentorship relationship itself.

What "mentorship" actually means here, today

It's specific, not vague. You get a real project delivered to your inbox every fortnight — what to build, how to build it, why it matters for the role you're aiming at. When you get stuck or have a question, you reply to that email and a real person — a mentor, not a support queue — responds personally. That's the whole mechanism. No cohorts, no scheduled calls, no community Slack to manage today.

We're honest that a paid tier — likely 1:1 review sessions or deeper feedback on your deployed projects — is something we're considering for the future, not something available now. If and when it exists, the free fortnightly project sequence stays free.

Why projects, not coaching calls

Most "mentorship" for career changers is advice — which is cheap to give and hard to act on. The actual gap for a career changer is a portfolio: something deployed, with a GitHub repo, that proves you can do the job rather than just talk about it in an interview. So the mentorship here is structured around producing that portfolio, one real AWS-deployed project at a time, not around scheduled conversation.
